When you sign up as a user of EastMetro-Alliance.org you provide us with your name, email address, gender, and birth date. You may upload a picture of yourself. Once you register you can provide other information about yourself. You will be able to take certain actions on the site, such as post a story, comment, and upload additional photos. In addition, you may choose to make purchases of goods on EastMetro-Alliance.org, in which case you will provide us with payment information. For your convenience, we will retain your payment information to simplify future purchases. You may opt to remove your payment information after each transaction has been completed.

Advertising

EastMetro-Alliance.org does not share personally identifiable information such as your name or e-mail address with advertisers unless you authorize us to do so. However, we do allow advertisers to see general information about you, such as your age and gender, so that they may direct advertising to you for products and services that you may find of interest.

Notifications to Non-Users

You may request that we inform a non-user that you have posted a "Burn" about them. In this case we will send them a message on your behalf and up to two reminders. If this person does not want us to contact him or her in the future they will be able to notify us and we will delete their information.

Responses to Legal Requests

We may disclose information about you pursuant to subpoenas and court orders, or any other legal document so long as we believe our response is required by law.
